After a very long day on the road through Yosemite (driving holiday from Pittsburgh to Seattle and every National Park between) what a welcome sight the ranch was. Very comfortable beds and the whole place was a little bit of magic. Wish we could have stayed longer. When we return to the States, we will be back for a longer stay. Definitely recommend staff are fabulous
It's been a while since we were here... but we liked it a lot. Last minute road trip to SF ...next day we drive to Yosemite.. we found this place it's like a ranch style home w many rooms.. comfy beds. It snowed the day we got there which made it really beautiful w light snow on the grounds. I think it's under new ownership now...I think a big chain company...
The Sierra Sky Ranch was very accommodating to us and has a sweet atmosphere. Our room was clean and affordable. Everything seemed new and well decorated. The only downside was that there are no small refrigerator in the room.
The 1st room had flying insects, was dirty, no closet and not even hooks. 2nd room that I am sitting in now has no air conditioning. Waiting for management to move us again. Ridiculous!!
The renovations have kept the charm of the old ranch, but now with more new, beautiful amenities! We had to stay an extra day!
