The residence managers, Samuel and Mima, have always gone above and beyond to support residents—any issue, big or small, is addressed quickly and professionally. I really enjoyed my time living at Sienna House. The flat was well-maintained and in a fantastic location — just a short walk to the train station and high street, which made everyday life very convenient. Mima and Samuel were always friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. The whole process from moving in to moving out was smooth and stress-free. I’d happily recommend Sienna House to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Updated 14 July 2025 (sorry, I don't know how to post a new review, so I just add on here) Mima is very responsible, helpful and always works with efficiency. Our toilet had a leakage over the weekend, and I sent in a maintanance ticket on Sunday. We're so thankful that Mima acted immediately and responded to my ticket 8am on Monday morning! She has helped to arrange a quick visit from the maintanence team and called in the contractor to fix the toilet like immediately. And the issue has been resolved at 1pm! Amazing! I moved to Sienna house with my 2 girls about 2 weeks back & couldn't be more happier for my choice to live here. Samuel(property manager), is very supportive and readily responsive for all the queries. From the day I contact Sam to arrange the viewing till date, he was very, very responsible & supportive. I really love this property and right from first conversation with Sam till the keys handover all have been so smooth. Staff is really helpful and polite. I would really like to mention Sam who has been very helpful and accommodating all my requests. I will highly recommend this property in case you want a place with lot of space snd storage with good views.
