I booked an GP appointment and I just late only 5 minutes and in the surgery I had to wait another couple of minutes to be confirmed my presence by the receptionist, but she turned me back saying I am late for the appointment and have to be booked for another day. I tried to explain that I am not late for 10 minutes even but no luck. It’s always terrible experience when get there and specially receptionists are so rude and not professional at all.
I would like to share my very positive experience with Nurse Practitioner Sophie Smith. I have found her to be very professional, knowledgeable and supportive. I would give Sophie 10/10
Appalling few visits already this year. January 2025 After suffering a heart attack on Christmas eve abroad & not a great experience,to be treated by both the desk staff ....yawning hef head off & not listening & not really looking bothered . On that note ...I've been in several times & never seem to see the same staff . But this woman of race was absolutely rude !!
