Worst massage place in Southend. They run a borderline criminal operation, pressuring customers into accepting their ‘happy ending’ offer. I declined, and the Thai masseuse (5’5”, dark-skinned, long hair and with tattoos on her back and arms) scrubbed my skin with an old towel until it became unbearable. When I threatened to call 999, she shouted at me and kicked me out 15 minutes before the session ended. Avoid at all costs.

Was massaged by JayJay worst experience ever! After declining extra services, she changed her whole attitude, she became angry. At the front desk they gave me her name as she declined to give it. Was offered a refund if I don't leave the review but when it came to give me my money back she offered me only 50% which I declined and left. Remember If you decline extras you will regret entering this establishment! And the owner David Peter Beanland who lives in UAE is nowhere to be seen!
Turned up for a massage twice - twice no masseur. No apology and no offer to rebook - avoid.
