This was my third visit and unfortunately will be my last. Each time I’ve attended, I haven’t been fully happy with the level of customer service, and I do feel the experience differs when using a pre-paid gift voucher. On my first visit, I was unable to purchase a £50 voucher for a friend and was told I could only buy one for £65, which felt quite inflexible. Visited for the first time today and was really impressed. The place is very clean and tidy, all the staff were so friendly and polite and the massage was perfect! Knowledgeable and skilled Massage Therapists - will certainly be coming back
I had a 1-hour combination Thai massage today and it was exactly what my body needed. The moment I walked in, the ladies were warm, welcoming and genuinely caring.
