We had a great experience with this company who supplied and fitted shutters for our bedroom balcony door. A few weeks after fitting them when my toddler son had somehow managed to break one of the slats they came and fixed it for free the very next day - incredible customer service! Can’t recommend enough.
Excellent job. We needed to order shutters to match the lower half of pre-installed plantation shutters. The ones Radu ordered matched perfectly - and we were surprised at how subtle the variations of shade could be, so glad we didn't go for a cheap Internet option. Installed efficiently and on schedule - couldn't really ask for more.
Brilliant shutter craftsman and craftswoman! I had a plantation shutter which was installed back in 2008 by a retailer. However recently the shutter panel started sagging and despite contacting numerous shutter firms including the retailer that did the original installation, no one was interested in doing repairs to the shutters. That is until we visited Shutters Sale in Tolworth who not only agreed to do the repair but came within 30 minutes of the meeting.
