#shutters of London#simplyblinding. Jamie Anderson and Claudine Baker are fraudsters. Taking people's deposits and never placing orders. They have robbed so many people. I would never have any dealing with either people or companies.

****Scammer**** Company has 29 CCJ against them. Amounting to £94k. Company owner: Jamie Anderson Address: (known but will wait to reveal until my own police investigation into fraud has been concluded). He has scammed a lot of people, including elderly ladies and single mother etc. My own personal experience: He took the best part of £1.5k for a deposit for shutters that were meant to be fitted in early August 2024. Like many others I now realise we now realise we have been completely duped by this unscrupulous company. We paid a deposit of £1410 last November for shutters which we were told would arrive and be installed in March of this year. Predictably, this has not happened and we have been given endless excuses and promises none of which have been fulfilled. I feel scammed !!!!!!!  I placed an order 24 weeks ago , I was.told it would take 16 weeks coming from China . At 18 weeks I contacted them via phone text and email many times but no reply on my third email I got a call back and a standard reply stating delays to shipping stating “ - Our supplier has been in touch to let us know that a couple of shipments are delayed at present due to the conflict in the Red Sea at present, and are being detained outside a Port enroute to ease congestion. Would not recommend this company or any company to which Jamie Anderson or Claudine Baker have an affiliation - including Simply Blinding. We like many people have been duped out of £2500 for deposit on non existent Shutters. Ordered last December with delivery due at beginning of May - we have been ignored continuously, emails not responded too, phone calls not returned and messages unanswered by Jamie - only get a reaction when you post publicly. *AVOID* After 5+ of waiting for my order the only way to get the owner on the phone was for me and my baby to make the drive and sit on the floor of their showroom and refuse to leave. I was promised a full refund by 12 noon Friday 17th…. Unsurprisingly that was a lie. I’m aware others are having/had similar issues with this company.

Bought some blinds that were faulty keep getting told there on order been over a year now Micky mouse company poor quality do go near this company plus the owner will just sell you anything to get your money no customer care what’s so ever  I just hope you treat your family better than you do customers
