I had the displeasure of dealing with Matthew, Mike and their sham of an operation at plantation shutters starting in September 2014 which I ordered shutters for my living room and took months for me to receive my order. In which time I was in contact with countless others in the same position where a deposit was taken and then my correspondence ignored. The fact they have to keep rebranding to wipe out repeated negative reviews speaks volumes.
