Had a quote to have a loft conversion done, price was agreeable and within 2 weeks had provided written confirmation that I would like to pursue this further, despite 4 attempts to follow up there was no reply. It's now been 7 months since. Can't recommend based on this but their workmanship looked good and I am disappointed we couldn't have used Shrewsbury Lofts for our conversion.
