I saw Jason regarding an issue with my right foot that I believed to be related to my orthotics. He was patient, professional and knowledgable in his assessment. He provided superb insight into my foot and knee pain issues. I was provided with an appropriate list of suitable footwear. I was also advised that my current orthotics were not suitable for me and in fact were likely the cause of my foot pain issues. It was identified that I had a slight difference in leg length. Orthotics were organised. Having worn them for a few years, I have just found out that the correcting height was put on the wrong orthotic, accentuating the issue. Unforgivable.
I have had problems with my achilles ever since I had surgery over ten years ago. Periodically it flares up, I am a keen runner so this is normally really bad news. However, following their new laser treatment it was instantly sorted and I even ran the three miles home. It was a great service from people who really understand runners.
Saw Jason for the first time last week and he was lovely, professional but gentle even when digging my foot with a sharp instrument! Thank you ....it feels much better now. Will definitely go again and recommend to others.
