The staff has absolutely no clue what they are doing. Messed up my records also got to my appointment to be told I wasn’t booked in
“I felt unsupported during my visits, and unfortunately the staff weren’t able to help with the issues I raised. I’ve since moved to a different surgery where I feel my concerns are taken more seriously.”
Receptionist and doctors are always polite and respectful and take the time to listen and advise accordingly.
Extremely poor experience. Staff are unhelpful and dishonest—online forms show available appointments, but you can hardly ever get one. Doctors rush through consultations and don’t listen properly. I’ve since changed surgeries and my health issues are finally being addressed. I was repeatedly sent links to book a diabetic review, but they never worked and always showed no availability—likely just a way to shift blame onto patients. Booked an appointment to see Diabetic nurse all good then I arrive to find the person I'm meant to be seeing has decided not to turn up and I wasn't notified and the next appointment that's suitable for me because of work for me is in 2 months.......next appointment has been cancelled by me before I pulled off the car park. Forget it I won't bother
