Visited this dealership once 2 months ago. Of course true to the stereotype, they said they have a vehicle they didn't, simply to get you to the lot. Doesn't stop there however, 2 months after the fact, they continually harass me with phone calls. Their number is blocked which makes me question their intelligence to keep calling and being sent directly to voicemail. 2022 and car salesmen still haven't changed....Completely avoid this dealership. Worst service, management is horrible, and they flat out lie.

Worst buying experience I have ever had, I purchased a used truck , ***** miles. they charge a $4000.00 (Reconditioning Fee and $2000.00 ******** care Fee) I picked up my truck on a Saturday, got roughly 10 miles down the road and the Service Antilock Brake light came on, before getting home 30 miles away realized the windshield wipers were also bad (actually falling apart) the FM radio antenna was missing, (mount and all), called the salesman, said he would be there Monday to pick it up for needed repairs, (it was Wednesday... read more

Save your time and skip this circus act. They advertise a price, but attempt to act like clowns when they tried to add 14k to the advertised price. After reading the reviews, it's a pattern and a business model they have implemented. Zero respect for anyone's time.

Terrible experience. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I buy many vehicles and this has to be the worse dealership I ever dealt with and I am a very patient person. It takes a lot to get me upset. A lot of broken promises, lies and etc. This dealership is not customer centric at all. Not reliable enough to be considered a decent dealer. We purchased a truck after finding it on the TrueCar app, it was a purchase and deliver situation. While we do feel we got a good deal on it as far as price goes, service was terrible and misguided. Our salesman did not know how to explain anything and we had to ask questions throughout every step based on our knowledge of a car buying process. My name is *****************************, and even though I verified the phone number at the time of drop off, my wife's phone was still reached. I even text my video of discrepant proof to the only poor female left to man the counters at the dealership on today, Tues, 23 Nov @0900(my apt time), sick I still had to stand around for ten minutes.... Called and asked if they had any Corollas out the door priced at $20,000 or less before I drove 75 miles to see them and they have added fees and taxes totaling $11000 more to the price!!!!!! Did they tell me that before I drove there??? No, They said they had 7 for under $20,000.00. I call this price gouging and very unTexan!!!! I want my gas money reimbursed for their deceptive practice. I do not recommend and I will be reporting this to BBB. Buyers beware!

Worst Toyota dealership Ive ever been to. Drove three hours cause I saw a GMC AT4 used truck that I liked online, spoke with ***** the manager and **** the salesman before I made the 3 hour drive and they said the truck was still here. When I got there, I had to wait around while they looked for the truck and they couldnt find it. How do you just lose a truck off your lot? Why didnt you know the truck wasnt there when I showed up.
