Terrible! On my ****** mile service, someone broke a clip off of my hubcap, and they literally left the hubcap off, I assume hoping I wouldn't notice. Within 5 minutes I realized it was gone, returned, and they said the hubcap had just disappeared. Long story short, I had to threaten to call the police before they admitted what had happened. No apology or offer to right the situation. I then had to demand a new hubcap. It was such a bad experience, it felt surreal. Three is a crooked, dishonest culture at this dealership.

If I could do a negative 5 stars I would! Beware of this dealership guys. I bought a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck from Shottenkirk Toyota 6/17/21. After I tried to get ********* a little over 2 years later, found out through a car fax that they had ROLLED BACK THE ODOMETER!!! Thats right! I bought the vehicle at ****** miles and the vehicle history showed the truck had ******** miles at one point in its previous life! Today we experienced a bait and switch from this dealership. Drove to dealership test drove vehicle. Sat down with finance manager agreeing/shaking on a deal, completed all paperwork, got a tour of the service station, our sales person put on a license plate and took to get detailed. Charged $1,500.00 for a tire and windshield warranty and was told that everyone had to pay it! A worthless added cost to a 2015 Corolla S used car! Buyer beware > this is an organized theft ring! ?????? ***

i read all previous reviews & and am shocked to say the least. Maybe the place is under new mngmnt, idk, but as for myself, my ******** daughter, we all had a great experience. I bought a 2023 Corolla SE for a great deal if you compare their prices to every other dealership around even with there fees there still cheaper! The staff was very friendly & my experience was nothing short of great. I would recommend Shottenkirk Toyota Granbury to my friends and family!

NOT WOMEN FRIENDLY!!!!!!!WORST sales experience ever. I called the store around 5:30pm to ask if the 2016 Toyota Yaris was ready for a test drive. The representative said yes, and that ***************** (who I first spoke with about the Yaris two days prior) was there. I finally arrived around 7:00 after driving over an hour to see and drive this car, and ***** tells me the car isn't even out of the shop yet. Best to stay away from this dealership. Personnel doesn't know their vehicle product in order to be of any service, they add hefty hidden fees along with their market adjustment price, not thorough, no follow-up with the customer, and in my case a review was posted on their website using my name and email that I did not post myself. I highly recommend customers avoid this dealership.
