This dealership is a joke! They advertise vehicles at a price they ZERO intentions of selling them for. My husband and I were looking for a truck and decided on this dealership because of the decent price of the trucks. We traveled 4.5 hours to get there test drove several different trucks (they all had something wrong with them) and finally settled on one truck that they agreed to fix and give us a loaner while we waited for our truck. I agree with what many of the other reviewers here have said. This outfit posts extremely deceptive prices online, then does the old bait and swtich on the price when you actually come in to look at the advertised vehicle. In my specific case, the advertised online price for a 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro with ***** miles was $52,718. But when I went in with the intention of making a deal on the vehicle, they added a roughly $3000 ******************* charge, and a charge of roughly $5000 for "cost that they had in the vehicle... read more

Stay away! They have unreasonable hidden fees. Wanted to add almost 6k in undisclosed fees to a vehicle. It was $3995 for reconditions which should have been included in the sticker price and another $1995 for a pseudo warranty that purportedly covers basics like windshield repair, key replacement etc for the first year. Would not budge on those mandatory fields, which sabotaged the purchase. EXTREMELY DECEIVING Advertising. Make sure that you will be able to test-drive the vehicle you desire if you are traveling a long distance. This is the worst place! Save your money, time ,and sanity! I bought a jeep from them and I hadn't even pulled out of the parking lot when the check engine light came on. I was so upset and they told me it was fine to bring it in on the following Monday because it was a Saturday evening when I purchased it. Being the smart individual I am I took the jeep to the local auto zone to see what code was coming up. The code was for the oil pump. That could be multiple things I know. I wish I could leave ZERO stars. What a horrible mess this place has caused me. They sold me a new car that broke down only a couple days after I drove off the lot. I was alone with my two babies and I am 8 months pregnant. This new car just stopped working, leaving my children and me stranded on a HOT ***** day. Absolute scam with their pricing online. Called to inquire and purchase used vehicle today after seeing the online "sales" price listed was in our range. Only to learn that they would need to add almost $6500 more to the sales price for "recon fees", Shottenkirk "care fees", "dealer prep fees" etc. What a scam these people are. Visited this dealership once 2 months ago. Of course true to the stereotype, they said they have a vehicle they didn't, simply to get you to the lot. Doesn't stop there however, 2 months after the fact, they continually harass me with phone calls. Their number is blocked which makes me question their intelligence to keep calling and being sent directly to voicemail. 2022 and car salesmen still haven't changed....Completely avoid this dealership. Worst service, management is horrible, and they flat out lie.
