Best to stay away from this dealership. Personnel doesn't know their vehicle product in order to be of any service, they add hefty hidden fees along with their market adjustment price, not thorough, no follow-up with the customer, and in my case a review was posted on their website using my name and email that I did not post myself. I highly recommend customers avoid this dealership.

Recently My Wife and I Drove from ******** to Grandbury **. To Purchase a 2015 ****** Pathfinder for $11,298 That we saw online. Went There looked at it Test Drove it and asked to Purchase it. When coming back with the Numbers they said it will Cost$20,000 with all the Hidden Fees. I responded I'll pay ****** with a Cshiers Check from my ************* They continued to wanted still a lot more, which Caused me to walk away from the Deal. This dealership is a joke! They advertise vehicles at a price they ZERO intentions of selling them for. My husband and I were looking for a truck and decided on this dealership because of the decent price of the trucks. We traveled 4.5 hours to get there test drove several different trucks (they all had something wrong with them) and finally settled on one truck that they agreed to fix and give us a loaner while we waited for our truck. I agree with what many of the other reviewers here have said. This outfit posts extremely deceptive prices online, then does the old bait and swtich on the price when you actually come in to look at the advertised vehicle. In my specific case, the advertised online price for a 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro with ***** miles was $52,718. Stay away! They have unreasonable hidden fees. Wanted to add almost 6k in undisclosed fees to a vehicle. It was $3995 for reconditions which should have been included in the sticker price and another $1995 for a pseudo warranty that purportedly covers basics like windshield repair, key replacement etc for the first year. Would not budge on those mandatory fields, which sabotaged the purchase. EXTREMELY DECEIVING Advertising. Make sure that you will be able to test-drive the vehicle you desire if you are traveling a long distance. This is the worst place! Save your money, time ,and sanity! I bought a jeep from them and I hadn't even pulled out of the parking lot when the check engine light came on. I was so upset and they told me it was fine to bring it in on the following Monday because it was a Saturday evening when I purchased it. I wish I could leave ZERO stars. What a horrible mess this place has caused me. They sold me a new car that broke down only a couple days after I drove off the lot. I was alone with my two babies and I am 8 months pregnant. This new car just stopped working, leaving my children and me stranded on a HOT ***** day. Absolute scam with their pricing online. Called to inquire and purchase used vehicle today after seeing the online "sales" price listed was in our range. Only to learn that they would need to add almost $6500 more to the sales price for "recon fees", Shottenkirk "care fees", "dealer prep fees" etc. What a scam these people are.
