I bought a used 2020 ***** Silverado ** 1500 with ****** miles on January *******, and I had it for 2 months, after I made my first payment I had the check engine light, ABS light, and traction control all come on at once, I called Shottenkirk, and they told me that I had to get it towed to their dealership and it would cost me out of pocket. Bad experience purchased a used Jeep from Shotenkirk Toyota Granbury Texas 1 payment it blows an engine. They go around for a good couple weeks before ram dodge Chrysler steps up and covers a new engine finally get a loaner car because the waranty they sold me for $4500 would rent me a car at my expense. Told Monday 4-6 months what ever happens to that 100 point pre inspection? Purchased a used car from them. While reviewing the car I asked if I could have a local mechanic review it before I purchased. Their salesman said they put their cars thru a multi point inspection and then explained to me what they found and fixed leading me to believe the car was good to go. After leaving the dealership I emailed two people in service, texted and emailed my salesman and one person in management (all over a month period) trying to get their service records for the vehicle so I could start scheduling service ... read more

Despite them confirming my appointment to buy a car 3 different times. They let me drive 2 hours to their location just to be told someone else put a deposit on the car. Then tried to sell me a new car. Shady people.

Terrible! On my ****** mile service, someone broke a clip off of my hubcap, and they literally left the hubcap off, I assume hoping I wouldn't notice. Within 5 minutes I realized it was gone, returned, and they said the hubcap had just disappeared. Long story short, I had to threaten to call the police before they admitted what had happened. No apology or offer to right the situation. I then had to demand a new hubcap. It was such a bad experience, it felt surreal. Three is a crooked, dishonest culture at this dealership.

If I could do a negative 5 stars I would! Beware of this dealership guys. I bought a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck from Shottenkirk Toyota 6/17/21. After I tried to get ********* a little over 2 years later, found out through a car fax that they had ROLLED BACK THE ODOMETER!!! Thats right! I bought the vehicle at ****** miles and the vehicle history showed the truck had ******** miles at one point in its previous life!
