I had a terrible experience with this dealership. After spending days negotiating a deal and securing financing through my bank, they continually pressured me to finance through them, which I did not want to do. I have been with my bank for 30 years and trust them completely. After driving four and a half hours one way, they refused to accept my bank’s financing or even contact them. Keating Toyota employee Diego Rivera really went above and beyond in helping me with my car repairs. Diego listened to my concerns about my car and explained what needed to be done in a friendly and patient manner. I didn't feel rushed and I felt heard. I had a great experience at Keating Toyota because of Diego Rivera and look forward to having him help me with my car repairs in the future. Also, a shout out to Derrick for being friendly and helpful too. Both employees gave excellent customer service.
We found a 2024 RAV4 we really liked at this Toyota dealership and negotiated a sales price over the phone. We drove 1,100 miles from Florida to finalize the deal, trusting what we had been told. When we arrived, the vehicle had undisclosed damage — scuffs on the right front and left rear. Unfortunately had to change what was originally a 5 star experience to a 1 (if not 0) I had a good experience buying my truck in early February this year, and sales were great. What makes this a horrible experience is how this dealership is treating me as a post sale customer and with my car title. So much for quality control. Grease left on inside of vehicle and trim separating after a couple of hours after getting vehicle back.
