We had such a great experience today working with Shottenkirk. Had a rough few days when a deal with another dealership but spoke with Chandler over the phone and made the commute to Canton to get the exact Jeep I was looking for! My sales rep was super friendly and helpful. Everyone there made sure I walked away from the dealership with all my questions answered and with everything I asked for! 10/10 would recommend!
The guys at Shottenkirk are amazing; I was looking at vehicles on a whim and found an awesome low mileage CR-Z in great condition they had, and they called me right away and did a video tour of the car, helped with a fair financing deal, and even came in on a Sunday to make the sale since I was having to roadtrip down from Pittsburgh. Really made the trip worth it and I'm so glad I found the CR-Z in their lot versus someone else's who wouldn't have taken the time or care
Best car buying experience I’ve had! Ask for Don, he was so patient with us and worked with us literally all day, he even kept our 4 year old busy with snacks and even colored with her.. Everyone up there is so nice and makes you feel comfortable, we will be back in the future.

Came in looking to trade or 2015 Durango hoping to get into a new Ram or Jeep. Duck and Moriah took great care of my wife and I and worked diligently to get where we needed to be. Brock in finance made the back office portion seamless and smooth. We rode out in our new 2019 4-door Jeep Wrangler and are very happy!
