My son had done extensive research and was interested in a Tacoma in their inventory. Our financing is already in place. This would be his first vehicle buying experience. We drove 2 hours today to test drive. Liked the truck. It was listed at the high end of average pricing for that same year and trim. We made an offer at the midpoint of average just to be told that $400 was the most they could come down on a $35,000 truck. Not pleased at all with this dealership. Purchased a $30,000+ vehicle from out of state and the customer service seamed great until it was time to finalize the sale. Never heard a word from the salesmen or a congratulations. Only point of contact was the finance manger (not his job) would not confirm a delivery date or give me any info besides the price, failed to deliver my paperwork with the vehicle, immediately had to replace the wiper blades after a dangerous drive to work, waited until literally a week before my tags we... read more

The experience I had at Shottenkirk was by far the best I have ever had at any dealership, I have ever been to. This past weekend the transmission went out on my truck, and it was determined that it would be better for me to trade it in and get a new vehicle. I was given a reasonable deal on my truck I was trading in. However they tried to charge illegal fees, and 3 weeks after I purchased the truck i’ve had to put $3000 worth of work into the truck. Stuff that should have been caught by their mechanic if they really did a inspection on it. So obviously they did not do inspections like they say they do or they hide stuff on purpose.
