If you want your vehicle damaged, requiring more repairs than originally necessary, Shottenkirk is the dealership for your next Jeep service! I used this dealership as a matter of convenience, but their incompetence and fighting to get the new damage repaired is not worth the convenience. I now will drive out of my way to go to another dealership. Keep your back to the wall when you’re buying a used car from here. Bought a truck from them week and a half later it was in the shop. Call them to get it straightened out, and they gave me an ultimatum take my Facebook post down first then they would help so I did now after seven tries to get a hold of them nobody is returning my call.
