The service department has had my truck for 31 days to replace the transmission. It’s been genuinely the worst service experience imaginable. No communication, no desire to be of ANY assistance. I use my truck for my business and they offered me a Chevy Spark for 3 days for a rental. I would NEVER recommend this service department to anyone.
Their customer service doesn't exsist! I've never been treated so badly or rude at any other dealership. In fact I usually go back for future purchases. I will never return to this establishment!
RecommendedService overall, Steven and the rest of the service department are super nice and very helpfull. Everyone else in the Sales department is always polite as well
I had to change my appointment to a day earlier than scheduled. I walked in and Ross had my tires rotated, balanced and aligned and my oil changed in under 3 hours. He was also able to give a slight discount on the price. In addition, the dealership I had purchased my truck from was giving me difficulties about my warranty, and Ross said he’d be happy to do what he could to honor it. Really happy with Shottenkirk. And what a great rep they have with Ross!

I previously had a negative review for the service we had on our van. I wanted to completely delete that post and start over since Shottenkirk has redeemed themselves. Chris the service manager was amazing once we were able to get everything sorted out. First, I must apologize for not writing this review after our first purchase experience with these guys. Today, I sit here in absolute amazement of how Genreral Manager (David Booth) and Sales Manager (Mike Pennington) made our second remote purchase from this store better than the first... and that was hard to beat. About 2 months ago my vehicle was in the shop to have the transmission replaced. After we got it out it wouldn't drive the same anymore and constantly having problems with it. We had it turned in 2 weeks ago and have gotten nothing but the run around. It still has the same problem and now the one person who knew everything that was going on with our vehicle is no longer employed as well as the tech who was working on it.
