So, as I sit here in the dealership, for the 4th time, trying to get the seats I was promised. I can not help to be more than a bit upset. My deal with my Jeep was to get red leather seats. My jeep was delivered with Black leather seats with a promise that my red seats were ordered. Got a call that seats were in, took my Jeep in, waited 3 FREAKING days, finally went to pick it up. I recommend Shottenkirk CDJR for any service work on your vehicle. I had a recall service scheduled. I stopped by a day early to leave my truck. The service technician, Stephani, got the work done , right then, a day early, and sent me on my way. Great service experience!
