I have used this dealership for years with no issues... last week I was having an issue with a new truck I purchased from them in January. Stephanie, in their service helped walk me through the process and told me who to contact. She was kind, thoughtful and thorough. When the outside vender would not take responsibility, I reached out to Mr. Booth to see if another avenue may be taken. He put me in touch with Chris who fought the good fight and resolved my issue.
