Bought a car today. Great customer service! They spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for. If you are in the market for a new or used car, I highly recommend checking them out!
Service department is less than satisfactory. Leave grease marks on fabric, don't order all the parts creating multi parts and still isn't fixed correctly. Petty mistakes on the car which should have been caught during inspection instead it's been in 3 times and still the whole deal isn't done. Waste of time , money, gas. You have lost a customer and will not be recommended to others. All over sloppy workmanship and scheduling.
Your car wash sucked it was just as dirty when I left as when I came in. I showed a salesmen and he just laughed

They are clean, honest, friendly, and very passionate to your needs!! I could not ask for better service.. or a better sales woman Josie!! Just bought our first car there today and extremely glad I did! Ask for Travis Gardner! He did everything in his power to get me the price I asked and we were able to get a deal done. I got the exact price for my beat up old truck that I was trying to get by selling it on my own...unbelievable! Thank you for listening to your customers. When a customer is asking for something I would suggest you listen to them and not get an attitude when they ask for a trade in appraisal. It is surprising someone claiming to be a manager and claiming they will give top dollar refuses to actually give you an amount.
I've gone to Shottenkirk Josie to be exact, and could get better treatment!!!!
