Best experience at a car dealer so far
This week I stopped into the Dealership to see if they had hydrogen gas for my low Jeep tires. The place was packed but I was greeted right away by Scott Cooper. I explained my needs and how I was happy to pay for the tire check since I was new to Waukee and had bought my Jeep on the other side of DSM. Scott not only checked my tires , he did it right away and said it was NO CHARGE!! I will be bringing my Jeep to Shottenkirk from now on!! Great Service and I thank you!!

I have recently bought a 2014 Impala from Shottenkirk. Second car I have bought there and they are great to deal with. Dave Balke is a tremendously nice guy to deal with, and a man of his word, who goes the extra mile to make sure the deal gets done and everyone is happy!
