Just bought new truck from Jason. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They did exactly what they said they would unlike other dealerships that have said one thing and never followed thru. I look forward to a long relationship with Shottenkirk. I will recommend to anyone looking for that next car or truck.
I only got my vehicle today but as far as salesmanship is concerned, total 5 stars. The people we worked with were so patient with us and helped us in every way they could to get us into the vehicle we wanted!
Boomer Benning is awesome as well as all the people I met while leasing my Chevy Trax. They made my experience easier as I really didn't want to get rid of what I had, but it was time. I love my Trax and if was the best decision going with Shottenkirk. Thank you!
Bad experience with service dept. Took vehicle in for emission lite, vehicle wouldn't start in lot when picking it up, quick jump and they sent my wife away, wouldn't start at home!! Now they say 140.00 for new battery hadno problems with it before... time to trade it off at Deery Brothers I've heard no good remarks about Shottenkirk service department
Buying a car at Shottenkirk has turned out to be a big mistake. The dash has rattles in it that they have never been able to find and fix even after multiple visits to the service department. The last time I had an oil change there, the Quick Lube people spilled oil all over the top of the engine and they tightened the oil drain plug so tight, it stripped it. Then they balked at reimbursing me $12.00 for it. Their service department is absolutely pathetic. I will never buy a car there again, nor will I ever return to the ser... read more
Great place to buy a new car and to service your vehicle!
My last review I deleted it. I gave them a 1 for a poor service that they gave my wife and for not standing behind their vehicles. Since my last review they have fixed the issues we had with our newer vehicle and convince us to continue to try their service department. They went more then what we excepted them to rectify our issues. We do appreciate everything that Rashawn did to take care of us. Thanks Ron
