Bought new truck from they installed a cheap piece of crap bed cover ripped out after 1 year and they would not stand behind it. Do not buy extended warranty I had work done then same thing failed a week later and I had to pay them again to fix same thing. Friend of mine bought brand new 2500 truck with the 2 year free oil changes his wife brings truck in and they try charging them for oil change and said they never bought truck there and it clearly had shottenkirk logo on tailgate. Very poor service.
Although I never been to shottenkirk chevy nor done business with them, I see all these positive reviews about the place and it seems to me that this is a great place to buy a car from and do other business with. Hope one day to buy a car from them =].
Excellent service. Brian did a very good job to get me into a nice car. Every one there is very nice.
RecommendedI have purchased 2 vehicles from Dave Balke at Shottenkirk in Waukee. We were treated fairly and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I recommend checking them out for your next vehicle purchase or service needs.

Awsome dealership!! All the way from Dave Balke my salesman,the service Department,and the owner Doug. They have always went up and beyond there duties to make sure I was happy and the deal was right.
