Today I am riding home on my motorcycle coming up to red stop light at the corner of warrior lane and highway 6 . I was in left lane then all of a sudden a courtesy car from the dealership pops out of the right lane with no signal and almost hits me . Good thing i am a good rider and always watching. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone ever as I was treated by the service guy. He talked down to me, and yelled at me and embarrassed me in front of everyone in the lobby. Just because I was over my mileage for a oil change. He has no business working with customers if he is going to treat people like that. He was rude to me from the moment I walked through the door. I will never go back to this dealership for anything ever again.
First time in dealership looking for a car, Tiffany helped me find the vehicle I was looking for and the whole experience was great. I am enjoying my 2016 Equinox!

Had a great experience at Shottenkirk Chevy today. Sales Consultant Derek Lee and Sales Manager Rahsaan Long were both very professional, not pushy, and had an expert level working knowledge of the the different year make and model vehicles that I viewed today. As a result of their fair negotiation tactics I was able to purchase my new truck for a couple grand below sticker. Also they're pricing is pretty comparable to KBB.
Just bought a 2017 Silverado Z71. Received awesome service and support from Sales and Finance department. Have bought several vehicles from Shottenkirk and will be back again.
