Needed a van at short notice and two of the big companies took my order over the internet before telling me that they didn't have a Luton in stock after all. I should have called Short's first - you speak to a human being who knows what he has in the yard so you don't waste any time. Rates are very competitive and the van I got was less than a year old. Top class.
