Incompetence Husband was discharged before physical eval and had to go back next day because he wasn’t sturdy enough to be home If they would have done this when I asked for three days in a row this wouldn’t have been an issue Now we r playing the waiting game before he can go to rehab

The wait was long, room is filthy. I took pix to pass on to board and health department.
Horrible horrible experience for my mother and our family, would never step foot in this hospital again. It took them 8 hours just to put my mom in a room as her condition was just getting worse every hour and the infection kept traveling. The er staff was absolutely AWFUL, rude and unprofessional. Day time nurse after we finally got her in a room didn’t say one word to my mom either and forgot her breakfast and sent it in hours later. Do not send your loved ones here!
I had a great experience for my hip replacement surgery. After surgery, I was placed in 269. I received excellent care and service by all Nurses & nurses' aides. They all worked extremely hard and were very courteous to my needs!
Most unprofessional, disgusting healthcare facility I’ve ever been to in my life. ER staff needs to find a new line of work. They will insult you and laugh in your face. I was told many offensive things in the triage. A woman with an obvious life threatening medical condition was rushed in with her family. The nurses in the triage area were loudly discussing with the door open to where everyone in the ER was able to hear. Reported them to the “Joint Commission” and the State for negligence and endangering the welfare of my husband. Terrible experience beginning in the ER and forward.
