Poor communications and discharge.
RecommendedI broke my leg /foot and ankle .. the care from start to finish has been excellent. The nurses have treated me so well . I’m going to be in quite a bit of pain for the next couple months but this great hospital staff has prepared me for what to expect and helped me with a home plan that should work for me and my family.
They really need to restructure their ER department for better optimization. Patients will literally die waiting to be seen.
Hello, I just wanted to say I had a great experience at your hospital. I went to the ASU unit at 530am and was greeted right away. Mara Lee my nurse was awesome. Everyone was very professional. Pre-op post-op, OR, anaesthesia were great. As a nurse by trade i was very impressed by everyone. Dr chebli did a fantastic job. I would recommend him and venice hospital without any question.
I'll just say this past week was a complete disaster here..From the ER and some nurses on the 4th floor.
Rachel, RN on the over night shift second floor and Yolanda, RN in the ER are by far the very best assets to this hospital. They both put their patients first. I have never felt more cared for and comfortable than when I was in their care. I was well informed, made a priority and treated like more than just another patient. I can not even being to describe how much their care meant to me when they clearly saw me at my worst. The people are sooo sweet and make you feel comfortable
10/10 Went to the emergency room, the doctor man was so very kind and very understanding and helpful!
