Your staff members are rude and equally untrained. They don't listen, walk off with my credit card without explanation, ignore me, crush my bread and eggs when packing, chat with coworkers (clearly about me), knowing that I can't understand them. By far the worst service I've had at a grocery store...in any country. TRAIN YOUR STAFF, and get more staff members. Nobody wants to wait 12 minutes for a person to show up with a box. You're understaffed and poorly managed.

Kung pwede ko lang bigyan ng negative rating to binigyan ko na. Feb 28 3:30pm-4:30pm nag grocery ako. Yung Oxecure Gentle Cleanser nila nasa P509 pesos pero pag scan ng kahera nasa P611. Nasa P102 and increase! Sinabihan ko yung kahera & inescalate niya naman po sa Supervisor/Manager niya. Ang sabi ni Ate Cashier ivoid daw muna yung item para mabayaran ko na yung ibang item & para hindi matagalan sa paghintay yung mga nasa pila din.
