Tara is absolutely fantastic. I regularly visit this location to pick up my prescriptions (Recently I’ve been picking up topiramate for my migraines) and she always handles everything flawlessly. She is incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional. If it weren’t for her promptness and attention to detail, the process wouldn’t run nearly as smoothly. Truly appreciate her excellent service. She even goes out of her way to personally follow up with me about my migraines, which truly shows how much she cares.

My husband had a lot of pain when him and I came to the pharmacy. Tara told me I needed to wait 45 minutes to an hour for his prescription. After waiting 45 minutes and returning, I was told my medication still wasn’t ready and that I should come back in another hour. I was shocked that I had to wait almost two hours just to receive three pills. My husband was in alot of pain after his surgery This experience was very frustrating, especially since he was in needed his medication urgently. Tara is not supportive at all.
What an amazing store! Significant improvements since new management took over. The staff go beyond their call of duty. Highly recommended.
This has to be the absolutely worst pharmacy. Came from Sunnybrook looking like death to fill my antibiotics script.. waited forever.. the lady was on the computer.. finally she gets down and goes to cash people out who came 10-15 minutes after me. Im used to them taking forever.. but 20 mins and going to cash people out picking up, and then starting to chit chat? Terrible service. Avenue and Lawrence is further away but the only place I will go from now on.
