Tried to use the facilities to be told go away and park in the normal pay car park. They couldn't be bothered and just put the intercom down on us.

What an amazing service to provide. I have had foot surgery on both feet and accidentally left my wheelchair in my friends car after a hospital appointment. Shop mobility to the rescue! An easy registration process, a quick driving lesson and off I went on my mobility scooter for the morning to celebrate my little girl's 2nd birthday. Thank you for coming to the rescue! I'm sure I'll be back soon as it was a lot easier then going through atria in my wheelchair (those small but very noticeable hills are a killer!!)

It is amazing, very friendly and helpful. I have used them a few times due to certain health issues. This facility is amazing. They enabled me to shop freely. Really helped me physically and in turn mentally.

The staff here were so friendly and very helpful. I have broken my toe and had stitches. I was not allowed to walk and had to rest it as much as possible. I was going away for the weekend, so I arranged for a wheelchair. The staff got me the right size and a leg rest so l could keep my foot up. They are so cheap to hire from here. I donated a little more. I would have missed out on going away if it wasn't for Shopmobility. If ever l need one again, l will definitely be back to you. And l will recommend you to others.
