I purchased two 10k gold chains as gifts from Shop LC. Checked them out with a reputable jeweler and was told they were not gold. Called customer service and was told to send back. I was e mailed return label and validation on the items. Number one I don't have a printer and not offered a discount on future purchase. These companies get away with false representation of their jewelry.
I ordered a natural pink diamond bracelet in February 2023. In 8 months bracelet turned. colors. I contacted customer service and was told that it was over 30 days but they sent me a return label.. I returned the bracelet. They returned right back to me within 2 days and stuck a piece of paper in the package stating the 30-day policy. I feel No one even looked at the bracelet. I placed an order with this company and after not receiving it, contacted customer service for assistance. The first time I was told to give it a little more time to receive the item. I didnt receive the item and didnt receive any updates. I called again and was then told the order had gotten stuck in their system and was no longer available. I ordered something on the auction site and the picture of what I ordered was not what I got and I was not impressed and then I saw something on TV that I went to purchase and I got an email after it was confirmed that my order was canceled so I called to ask why and they never returned my call so for me they're not trustworthy and it's all Chinese jewelry I would not buy from them again. We are truly sorry about what happened. The order has been refunded.
My first time coming across the channel on August 11, 2023. Placed an order and paid. The only communication I received was the order confirmation email. My fianc purchased a 20k gold necklace for me. It came with an S clasp. Never saw before. It could easily come off. I contacted ShopLC and I never received a response. I continued emailing them as they dont answer the phone. Still no response. I had to take the necklace and spend over $200 to get a lobster claw clasp out on. Ridiculous. I returned a gold necklace for repair and was told that it could not be repaired. I was then charged 25% restocking fee from the price paid. I was told that it was over 30 days hence the justification for not returning the price paid.I questioned how do you restock defective merchandise? I contacted customer service to no avail.
