My fianc purchased a 20k gold necklace for me. It came with an S clasp. Never saw before. It could easily come off. I contacted ShopLC and I never received a response. I continued emailing them as they dont answer the phone. Still no response. I had to take the necklace and spend over $200 to get a lobster claw clasp out on. Ridiculous. This company is very dishonest! They s**** with you. On June 10th, I was watching their Tanzanite show and I purchased a ring. When I first put in in my cart, the;price was $2,499 then they dropped the price to $2,187.50, so then I purchased it; order # BC5MSF03768602. This was in my purchase history as $2,187.50. I returned a gold necklace for repair and was told that it could not be repaired. I was then charged 25% restocking fee from the price paid. I was told that it was over 30 days hence the justification for not returning the price paid.I questioned how do you restock defective merchandise? I contacted customer service to no avail. This shopping channel is a fraud. They show an item and no matter how fast you select it with a call, or online they claim to be "sold out" which basically means they never had it in the first place. I personally have shopped all the ** shopping channels and this is by far the worse. Removed the channel from my streaming and I tell everyone I know this is a scam program so don't participate in their bait and switch items!!! First, I started a chat that was disconnected without warning so I had to initiate a new chat. Second, I submitted a simple request to have the shipping address on an order not yet shipped, corrected and was told that Shop LC's "system" could not change the address I would have to cancel the order and reorder the items. This was a simple request and in no way, should incovenice customer's. However, the "system" easily could cancel the order. I don't think this is a system issue but instead, a customer service one. I ordered a amber ******** and received a ******** that looked nothing like the one I ordered. I asked for a return label and returned the item. I just received the same item that I returned back again with a letter stating that what I returned was not an shop lc item. I was so angry. I am returning it again. This is so disapointing. Have had great relationship with this business. They take pride in merchandise sold and it's quality. If not satisfied their customer service department will work with you.
