I was a customer for at least two years. Only got one ring that tarnished. Then in March there were at least 42 charges from shoplc that I didn't make. Called the company and received no support. Chase bank doesn't care that I didn't make the charges. They just want their money. So it looks like I'm on the hook for nearly ****** dollars of merchandise that I did not order. Hello,Agent called the customer and everything is now resolved.Thanks,

Hello, I would like to report overflowing advertisements on my text messages and emails regardless of calling and asking to take me off their email and phone messages.Spoke to **************** representatives several times, each time they assure me they do it as we speak but nothing ever changed.So, I kept calling and requesting the same thing , at that point they assured me they are now escalating the issue to a higher in charge person. Ordered a watch for a Mother's Day gift, I ordered it plenty enough time for it to be here Mother's Day. Called customer service and was told they would "expedite" the shipping process. That doesn't help considering tomorrow is mothers day and I'm without a gift when it was guaranteed it would be here tomorrow. Although they offer reasonably priced jewelry, my interactions with them have been dreadful. First, their mobile application is extremely buggy. There have been two instances in which I was charged for items that were out of stock when using the mobile application to place an order; as a result, no order was generated. I purchased two 10k gold chains as gifts from Shop LC. Checked them out with a reputable jeweler and was told they were not gold. Called customer service and was told to send back. I was e mailed return label and validation on the items. Number one I don't have a printer and not offered a discount on future purchase. These companies get away with false representation of their jewelry.

I ordered a natural pink diamond bracelet in February 2023. In 8 months bracelet turned. colors. I contacted customer service and was told that it was over 30 days but they sent me a return label.. I returned the bracelet. They returned right back to me within 2 days and stuck a piece of paper in the package stating the 30-day policy. I feel No one even looked at the bracelet. I placed an order with this company and after not receiving it, contacted customer service for assistance. The first time I was told to give it a little more time to receive the item. I didnt receive the item and didnt receive any updates. I called again and was then told the order had gotten stuck in their system and was no longer available. I ordered something on the auction site and the picture of what I ordered was not what I got and I was not impressed and then I saw something on TV that I went to purchase and I got an email after it was confirmed that my order was canceled so I called to ask why and they never returned my call so for me they're not trustworthy and it's all Chinese jewelry I would not buy from them again. We are truly sorry about what happened. The order has been refunded.

My first time coming across the channel on August 11, 2023. Placed an order and paid. The only communication I received was the order confirmation email. This morning, August 19, 2023, I chatted with customer service only to find out that the order got "stuck in the system and was canceled"!!!
