On 10/05/2025 I made a purchase of a Ceylon Blue Sapphire 1 carat Grade AAAA loose gemstone from the shopping network Shop LC which is based in *********. It was presented as such on the regularly scheduled Loose Gemstone Show. It was on clearance and at a reduced of $499.99. I have been purchased items in the past. This is a horrible shopping channel, I am shocked at the well respected hosts have moved to this channel. I bought a purse and it was spectacular! Next I ordered earrings three of the same different stones. One was in the package broken, and the posts on these are very strange. Almost like a sliver and not round. I keep buying 1 item-a ring- from May to September 2025 (5 months) from ShopLC to realize now it is a game to them and I will never get the size ring I want. ShopLC allows you to buy items they know for sure they do NOT have in stock or pretend items are damaged, while they keep your money and never send you the purchase. They take payment, I think, so they can accrue interest on money they take from unsuspecting customers who are being duped. I put in a complaint to BBB but it has not be resolved. Title: Extremely Disappointed with LC Watches I ordered a watch from LC Watches and paid for 2nd day shipping to ensure it arrived quickly. Swapping auction purchases with smaller stones - I purchased 2 8mm, 1.96 ctw min moissanite stones in auction I treat them in my home gemology lab and am shocked they are around 1.7 ctw. Contact customer services theyll refund me on one and on the other they say win the auction and you pay what you paid in first auctions and buy two more 1.96 ctw moissanite and one tests at 1.68 dtw, the other 1.85. Terrible customer service. Long shipping times. I ordered a ring off the $1 auctions on August 3rd, it didn't come in until the 15th and when it came in it was 5 sizes too small. I ordered a 10, it was a 5. When I called to exchange or return the ring the lady first argued with me about the size saying that it was a 10. After about 3 or times stating it was not a 10 and if it were why would I want a exchange for a 10, she then stated that it didn't matter because all sales are final.
