If I could leave less then one star I would. I have delt with this company in the past for many purchases this company is no longer running at the same quality. They have no way to contact their own where house except through email. This is the most toxic, predatory online/tv retailer. Peddling cheap products and trying to pass them off as quality and a great deal to elderly people using charismatic sales personalities should be a crime. It makes me sick to see the amount of money my mother has spent with this company to receive trash.

Bought a very expensive ring, one of the prongs broke within the 1st week. Ended up fixing all of the prongs, was told to call in and let them know how much its cost for a future credit. Before I had a chance to call back, I received a call extremely late in the evening, and the representative was rude, and didn't seem to listen to anything I said. Im giving 2 stars because we actually like the ring, but were displeased with the overall customer service.

Stole my money hacked two accounts for 3 grams of gold sold triple over what it was worth. Sent item back. Was told it wasn't the item I bought. Then my bank account froze. An shop lc is still trying to collect money after stealing it basically through cyber. Now I'm at a loss of 1000k my bank account closed and they are still harrasing me everyday with a late payment fee. I can't believe you people do not police your own an then Rob the people. I hope this swamp is drained.
