I have shopped on shoplc for years now and am very happy with them. however, i had four cluster stone rings now that have each lost one stone. i wish there was a service thru shoplc to have these rings repaired and the missing stones replaced. two are grandidierite stones, one shungite stone and one fire opal. i can't go to a local jeweler for replacement stones. other than that i have loved buying on shoplc over the years.
