Most items, at least what I have purchased, have proven to be very good quality. Some have surprised me, and that's what brings me back. If you think the seller is deceptive, then shop elsewhere. In this day of computers, you can always check other sites to compare items/prices yourself. Just realize that no one is going to sell you a $20,000 item for $9.99--be reasonable. Great jewelry values for the prices. I love all the pieces I have bought. They are exactly as represented on TV - beautiful and very sparkly. I have purchased many items from Shop LC for at least 10 years. I usually do the auctions, and have gotten a lot of good deals. I know the retail price they show is very exaggerated. You just have to go by the sell price. They do have some show hosts that can be very irritating. Thank you so much for taking the time to share this feedback!
