I have been a customer of ********************** for many years. The designs are great and wearable. The prices are fantastic. I have had a couple of 'Opps', with pieces that were damaged, but their customer service department is great and helps the first time you call. I'm very satisfied with the products and prices also the return if necessary. I have a a tight budget and the buget payments helps me to get the items I want. DECEPTED advertising..flatout lied on phone before purchase. bought kunzite were guaranteed on phone bright pink. earrings had little pink..they also removed my negative feedback now shows 100% positive feedback. then used my name to say they are resell quality. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback we have given it to one of our specialists for further review.

Ordered four pairs of glove and a few other items. Returned the gloves because they were tiny and the eyebrow color was junk. They lied about receiving the merchandise, then lied about refunding to PayPal. Ive called four times and given different information each time. They informed they would update refund with emails, no emails and two weird refunds that dont match purchase. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have been shopping with LC for some several years and have been totally satisfied with the quality of the items I bought. I really have had an excellent experience with my purchases from Shop LC. I've been a customer for years now and the prices are definitely amazing. Being a long time customer, I must say I have had instances with pieces that weren't my favorite or was damaged but you can easily return and the customer service is very good.They have great deals on household items and other products. I ordered an item based on the view of it on television, as pictured on their website, and as described by the ** hosts. The item was listed with an original retail value of approx. $11,000 and I purchased it for a total of $1,390.99. It is a Luxoro 14K yellow gold "Premium" Blue Ceylon Sapphire Tennis bracelet (size ****in). I received the bracelet on 1/5/2023. The gold is so thin that the bracelet could not withstand daily use.
