I have been a shopper here for many years. Mostly I buy jewelry, because I am obsessed with all jewelry. I have never had any of the problems that these other shoppers have had. My orders have been delivered and they were always the items that I ordered. I have spoken to customer service a few times and the representatives have always been helpful and polite. I am happy with this company and will continue to order here. Thank you for sharing this feedback it helps us to continue to learn and grow!

I have been shopping with LC for some years now, all the items I've received ate quality and more than reasonably priced. I will be a customer the rest of my life. Great place to shop for jewelry. Affordable prices with quality as well. Shop LC has a great return policy. They bring education along with their gemstones. Hosts are friendly without arrogance. I have purchased many pieces of jewelry and purses from Shop LC and have not had a problem.when I did, I contact **************** which were polite and willing to resolve my issue. I have shopped with LC for a long time, this is the first time they sent me something I did not order. LC was a wonderful company but they should not send out merchandise customers do not order. LC should tell the customer the merchandise is not in stock and let them pick out what they want. I ordered ****** post earrings and LC set me 3 regular post earrings for Christmas gifts.
