I've had nothing but great service. Quality, fast delivery. I understand why they have policies in place on Jewelry. Read your guarantees with any Company on limitation. Actually had purchase a beautiful emerald **** from another jeweler and lost the stone and they would cover everything but the main stone. So I really can't say anything negative, when I had stone fall out of 1 had purchased from shopLc and could not replace it. Customer service has always answered any questions. I've been doing business with this company for years. My 84 year old mother broke her gold chain thirteen days before Christmas. Your company had me a replacement here in five days.
