Interesting items, good sales practices, multiple modes of purchasing. I like to purchase from the $1 auction category. I also frequent the clearance area on their website. The only drawback is that there are no returns from those categories. The customer service is fantastic! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! Been shopping with SHOPLC for years. Have never had a problem. Prices are real)y great, shipping costs the most reasonable of any shopping network. Very fast delivery and the few times I've needed customer service, they were great. Thank you so much for taking the time to share this feedback!

I have been shopping with ShopLC for years. There have been a few hiccups along the way but I HAVE to say that they have ALWAYS made it right!! I had a HUGE snafu at Christmas..I ordered on Dec 2nd only to find out my order never went thru. They called me personally and handled it that day. Although everything was late, I was just happy they cared enough to make it right. I just wish u would get back on Dish network darn it! I HATE ordering from my phn. I want to see it on the hosts and be able to ******* on the tv. PLS KEEP... read more
