I used to love to shop there, but a lot of things changed by shoplc and I stoped. Recently, I decided to give them a change. I did purchase and the item was lost. First of all website doesnt ask if item is a gift, so I put in delivery address and billing address. It doesnt ask for billing name! So I called after placing the order and requested that a receipt is not included in this gift (a gift for my cousin who will start chemo) everything Seemed legit. After six days I heard nothing so I called again and they tell me Im not authorized for them to give me information!!! After 40 minutes I hung up. Just HORRIBLE company letting ***** to just leave a package that's worth over $3,000 on the front porch for any thief to take!!!!!!!!!!!!WTF !!!!!Such a f****** cheap b******* to not spend the money to have homeowner sign off the package!!!Never again shopping at this amazingly idiotic company !!!!!!!!!!!!

This company put jewelry on live bid but then do not send it. Charged me and until I called nothing. When I chatted with them the answer was we will cancel this order as we do not have them in stock.

I have attempted to reach ShopLC via email and via chat, and have been unable to get a response to my basic inquiry.I ordered a product 3 weeks ago and have been unable to get an update on the status. I wish I could say that I had a 4.3/5 experience, but I haven't. So Frustrated.

Don't order anything from this company, they lie about the time it's supposed to be delivered & every time I called, claimed wrong phone *************** but they definitely took my money !!!!

Ordered "Purple" pillow Ordered "Purple" pillow, after waiting over a month with no shipping information given and my credit card charged,I called customer service. I was assured that I would hear back withing 48 hours, a week later no response. Called yet again, was told that the warehouse could not fill the order. What an incredibly shady company Date of experience: July 10, 2024

Absolutely horrible! My last order was in September 2023, the bracelet that came VERY late, finally arrived to have cigarette ash around and mostly inside, along with strands on dark long hair. Sent pictures to customer service seconds after opening. Rep stated to make right I would receive a 20% discount and free shipping on ANY ITEM. I clarified, numerous times, even on TV items on a "snack down" price and he said it applied.
