Have a 8 yr old pit/boxer mix, and a 5-6 month old pit bull mix. The staff is amazing, friendly, caring, and accomodating....my puppy had a recent health scare, and they took her right in, and made sure she was ok, and gave me all the instruction and reassurance I needed .... my digs are so lucky...
My husband and I took our dog Sassy to Shop City. They treated her wonderfully and the vet sat down and got to my dogs level. Very thorough on everything. After just adopting sassy I noticed something was wrong with her back hind leg. They examined her and found she basically has a dislocated knee. They gave us different options for her. Thank you for giving Sassy great care. I know I will bring Sassy to you for anything she needs.
Amazing Vets and Nurses... Amazing front desk staff! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. They truly love what they do. After bad experiences at other vet offices, with a little researching we found them. I can't believe it took so long to find such an awesome place for our dogs to go! The VCA care club is offered to all pets and is such a wonderful option to cover the needs of all ages. I will never go anywhere else with our pets. I trust them 100%!!
They are a new vet office for us and we had an emergency right before they closed. They told us to come right in, everyone stayed and took excellent care of my baby. They were amazing.
My little old man Maltese, Snowballs woke up and began vomiting and had other "issues". I was so afraid that he had something stuck in his throat or his intestines that I freaked out and called VCA . Izzy immediately calmed me down and got Balls in. The vet tech, I think her name is Missy was great - Balls hates everyone but me so I warned her that he bites - with in seconds she was handling my killer dog like he was a pussy cat. there priced r very high for the erea i need my dog fix it was twice the price,,,,yes they have free vist first time after that they got u ,,,,,,
I rescued a cat about 10 months ago...His name is Fat Daddy. He had gotten into a fight with another animal and received a cut behind his ear in which got infected and turned into an abscess. I have no idea about animals so I called VCA and they got him in quickly. They assessed him and he needed to have surgery to drain the abscess. I must admit that the Vet and assistants were of great understanding and help. I will be forever thankful to them and Fat Daddy is on the road to recovery.
