I take my cat Mr. Man to this vet. He is covered under the VCA pet care club. The staff are very polite and knowledgeable. His Ventenarian helped me to Diagnose my cat with irritable bowel disease,Recommend special foods and medication that has helped . I appreciate all the love and quality care they put Into all the pets they see.❤️🐈🐕
I brought my cat Dean in and they were by far the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered at a vet. They cared about him , my other vet experiences have always been all about money and not my pet.. but this place was a breath of fresh air.
Thank you so much for taking such good care of our cat Romeo! The staff was amazing and really caring! They took the time to explain in detail what his health issue was and what was needed to get him feeling better. The veterinarian and technician were very caring and compassionate and we couldn’t have asked for better care! Thank you so much for getting him in so fast especially after a holiday! We adopted a very happy and healthy dog from Helping Hounds, which provides a free vet check up at Shop City. That’s awesome! They ask to bring in a stool sample, spend the whole time emphasizing how important it is to test it...and then at the END of the check up we are told that testing is optional and NOT covered by the free visit through Helping Hounds. So after being told the importance of the test and never being told it was an additional cost on the family, we are told “it’s our choice”. This is extremely misleading, ... read more
I have brought my dog cooper in twice and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care they have given him. The vets are wonderful as are the techs. They take the time to explain in detail the course of treatment for your pet and answer any questions and concerns about your pet. I will continue to bring my dog here they are amazing and my boy just loves everyone there.
