The staff is very misleading.. I called for a quote on vaccines and informed staff on this being our first visit for my puppy.. I requested a price on EXACTLY what I would have to pay to get vaccines.. I was quoted at $69 for the exam as well as shots and the price would be cut in half on follow up shots.. I arrived and seen a vet for less than 5minites and was charged that $69 for JUST THAT.. then was charged the additional fees for vaccines totaling 127.63.. then was told I'd have to pay to see a vet for an exam at EVERY v... read more
The entire staff is so warm and sweet, and they gave us such a sweet welcome package and free first exams for both of our kitties. You can make appointments online and it's super easy and they get you in so quick! So happy to have found them.

Both my mom and myself take our dogs here. We have always had nothing but courteous, professional, helpful experiences with the staff and the doctors. They are extremely patient, kind, and understanding. And the cost is very reasonable (compared to others). Highly highly recommend! Thank you for taking your time and helping with my Molly girl, and putting my mind at ease. 🐕
Everyone is great here they were really great with my dog (sasha) we have been with them since she was a puppy so 10 years now and they were there for us at the end when we had to say goodbye to our baby I would like to thank them for all they have done for us I would go back some day if we get another animal dr danboise and all the stuff thank you from the bottom of my heart
I had the pleasure of experience shop cities excellent service. The staff was attentive and timely. Dr. Ruff cared for my first litters initial appointments.
