I used Shones Drones to survey our church roof in Denbigh. After emailing, I had a reply from Ben within a few hours and he attended a few days later at a mutually convenient time. He kept me updated concerning his arrival time. The survey was caried out as planned and within a few minutes of paying the invoice, the files were sent to us. Good quality video and JPEG pictures. I found Ben to be polite and helpful.
