Verified Renter I have lived at shoal creek for almost 6 years, and really like it here! Very quiet, the pool is nice, super clean. The staff is great! The party's they put on are great, you can get to know your neighbors. I am happy living here!
Verified Renter Loving all the service and amenities while living here. The staff is very friendly and professional at the same time.Maintenance does a great job .Love the new landscaping that was planted this summer.When people come to visit,they always compliment how well kept up it is here.
Verified Renter sometimes things need to be throughout clean but very nice and quiet. the shower gets enough hot water and there is a walk in closet ??! carpet is super nice and new! they put in new appliances except the washer/dryer is really small

Verified Renter It's not bad. There aren't any insect problems really, and maintenance is always on top. The main two reasons I really don't want to move, along with in apartment laundry. Besides increase in rent every year, the apartment and people are great.

Verified Renter I've been a resident for almost 3 years. I would love to stay for long, I love the community for especially for my Grandkids. We feel safe, it's clean, Always kept up. In fact I can the most place I've stayed in that's comfortable. Lol the only thing I just I can afford the rent. Too much.but other than that no complaints
