Verified Renter Shoal Creek is the best place to stay in Sterling Heights. The front office staff members are all extremely nice, kind and helpful. The neighbors are great too and there is a swimming pool, as well as a place to walk for. I feel extremely valued to stay here as a resident and I wholeheartedly recommend Shoal Creek to anyone looking for a pleasant and peaceful stay in Sterling Heights.

Verified Renter I have never seen more bugs in my home than here at Shoal Creek. There are gaps around the doors and windows. Wasps and bees fly into apartment through the vents ( which is not an emergency). There are silverfish in foyer and a pile of dead bugs on the balcony. The toilet is still leaking and the apartment smells of mold after iit rains. Their major concern is that rent is on time, nothing else will be handled. You will, however receive plenty of polite lip service and a garbage can.
