Very happy with experience & mgmt team! Our experience at Shoal Creek has been the best renting experience we've had anywhere! The mgmt team is super responsive (maintenance has addressed the minor issues that have come up within 24hr & the front office team responds to e-mails within minutes), the apartment is updated & well maintained, and the entire complex is beautiful. We love it here!
12 Year Resident I'm a satisfied 12 year resident. That should say it all but, I do have more to say. My community is clean, safe and peaceful to live in. I have some great long time neighbors. The maintenance team displays integrity when the permission to enter is allowed. Our manager Julie is 'PPP' - Patient, Pleasant & Professional with every encounter with her. Welcome Home Shoal Creek North Apartments is a great community to call home. The landscaping on the campus is well maintained. The apartment unit is spacious and just enough room for me to feel comfortable and not stuffy. The staff is great and Ms. Julie is AMAZING!!! You will be completely satisfied.
