Verified Renter I moved up to the area from Mississippi to start a new job and I toured about a dozen apartment complexes before deciding on Shoal Creek. The leasing agent was fun and personable, and I love the area. My apartment has a cove at the top of the stairs which creates a nice, secluded “den.” The closet space is more than enough and I appreciate the perfect water pressure in the shower which is an obscure thing that I look out for when moving to a new place

All my neighbors are friendly, and I can't really hear anything from other apartments (so I either got lucky with quiet neighbors, or the apartments are decently sound proofed). The office workers are all very kind and try their best to help you along the process. There's 0 complaints so far, and I honestly feel like I found the jackpot for apartments.
